Madeline Salsich is a metalsmith with a bachelor of fine arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and member of the Metal Arts Guild.
She has exhibited in several shows over the past few years, including Cortona, Italy, the Milwaukee Art Museum as part of the Art of the Table Exhibition, as well as North Carolina and California. As well as UWM, Madeline has studied abroad in Italy through the University of Georgia, as well as at Penland School of Crafts.
Madeline’s work is largely based in metalsmithing techniques with an emphasis in functionality and beauty. Her most recent work involves solving the delightful intricacies of tea infusers through the lens of science fiction and art nouveau aesthetics.
